The flowers were great. Arrived as shown. Delivery person friendly. Change in delivery date well managed. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt pressured to upgrade the order at the website. The base cost is pretty expensive, although probably competitive. So upgrading requests seem awkward. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering a steak at a moderately high price. Then noticing that if you pay even more, they give you "fresh" meat? See how off putting that is?
