I ordered an arrangement online and received a personal call to let me know there would be a replacement for the single yellow roses. I appreciated the call and the flowers delivered to my friend were gorgeous. LaVassar also sent me a photo of the delivered arrangement. A nice touch! I included in my order a card for a personal note and was glad to have such a nice choice of cards from which to choose.
