LAVASSAR is Amazing! This was so easy, and the communication and follow-up on the order were perfect. The floral designer's choice of design exceeded all expectations spectacularly. Thank you so much. I had just had a rough and frustrating experience trying to place an order through BLOOMTODAY.com where the order went undelivered for days and there was no communication or follow-up, ended up having to cancel the order and start over. Lavasser saved the day and will be the ONLY florist I will ever use again in Seattle - 5-star perfection!! I asked for flowers for a man who just had surgery and got this lovely arrangement. He was especially intrigued with the unusual protea flower. None of us had seen those. Great creativity.

The website was easy to use, great customer service, and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
